Hours of Business
We are not just an Internet based company and we aim to answer all emails and enquiries within 2 hours. We can be contacted by telephone from 9am – 9pm, 7 Days a week.
If for any reason we cannot take your call, please leave your details on our answer phone and we will return your call as soon as possible
We accept payment via PayPal, Bank Transfer and Cash on delivery for balance.
We require a 20% deposit or full payment before we can start to create your product.
If you would like to pay in installments, please contact us.
We require full payment before delivery or cash on delivery or via Friends & Family PayPal. Please allow 5 working days for cheque’s to clear.
Our payment service provider, PayPal, provides the safest means available today for ordering securely on the Internet.
All online purchases with DreamsJoinery.co.uk are handled using the latest security technology to protect our customers. Credit card information is securely encrypted to ensure your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel over the Internet. We accept orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology – this means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection. Most web browsers above version 3 support this security.

Placing an Order
The easiest way you can order is:
On-line via this site.
We can usually create and deliver within 2-5 weeks of receipt of deposit / full payment. Any different to this and we will inform you within 24 hours of your order. We offer free local delivery within a 5 mile radius of our workshop. Delivery will take place at the address specified on our invoice. Please ensure someone is at home to accept delivery. You will be advised of your delivery day by email.
If you would like delivery for a specific week i.e. birthday, moving house etc, this is not a problem. We can create your product and hold it until you are ready to take delivery.
If goods are delivered by courier, any damage must be reported to us within 48 hours. If packaging is damaged in any way or you are unsure, please mark the courier’s paperwork as ‘damaged’.
Failed deliveries due to Customer’s not being in on the arranged date and time shell be charged again for an other delivery.
There is a remote area charge applied to postal code areas, TQ, TR, PL, EX, IV, PH, PA, KW, AB and DD.
In the event that you miss your delivery, a card will be left with contact details by our courier/driver.
There may be additional costs for the return trip.
If you request any change from our range in design or style or we make an item to your drawings or specifications, please be aware there is a no refund policy and any issues need to be pointed out on the day of delivery before our fitters have left. As long as this is adhered to then we would be able to rectify any issues while on site. Any delivery and set up costs are non refundable, and collections are charged at same rate.
If your goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery we will either exchange the product or supply replacement parts. Any faulty/damaged goods must be reported within 12 hours of delivery (This excludes bespoke products that are not our standard range. We would require photographic evidence of any damaged parts. This does not affect your statutory rights. Any delivery and set up costs are non refundable, and collections are charged at same rate.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, or change your mind, and notify us on the day of delivery before signing the completion form, we will offer you a choice of either exchange to another product or a refund of the goods. We reserve our right to recover the cost of collection.
All that we ask is that the item(s) must be returned to us in their original as new condition still in the original packaging. Please contact us to confirm your order is acceptable for a return. Please remember to include your original order number when communicating with us.
You need to ensure that all reasonable care is taken of the goods whilst in your possession. Where possible original wrappings must be retained and used for return.
Please note that we cannot accept a return of partly or fully assembled furniture if you simply change your mind. If you are in any doubt please don’t start assembling before you speak to us.
You have the right to cancel an order up to 2 days after your order has been placed. Deposit’s for orders are non-refundable.
If you have seen copies of any of our products, they have been made without our consent and are not only the real thing, but may not be as safe. All of our products are designed with safety in mind!
DreamsJoinery.co.uk treats all information with the utmost respect. The data entered on any order form may be stored and used for customer care, and to process orders. From time to time we may contact you with information regarding new products, special offers. Please let us know if you do not wish to receive such mailings from us. We do not and will never pass your details to third parties.
Errors and Omissions
We believe that our prices are correct but if we have made an error we reserve the right to refuse a sale. If part of these terms is found to be unlawful, it shall not affect the validity of the remainder.
